Course Description: Rehab Gymnastics – BRISK GROUP

 

Your power workout for a strong back!

Tired of tension and poor posture? Then our "Brisk Group" is just right for you! In this intensive rehab course (Intensity: Medium to High), we will get your back, posture, and musculature into top shape.

When & Where:

  • Day: Tuesdays

Rehabilitationssport in Bad Oeynhausen

Beim Rehabilitationssport bzw. Rehabilitationssport handelt es sich um 50 bzw. 120 Gymnastikkurse für Trocken- und/oder Wassergymnastik. Die Rehabilitationsmaßnahme wird unter professioneller Aufsicht angeboten. Sie trainieren in einer Gruppe von bis zu 15 Personen in einem Kursraum oder im Hallenbad. Die Trainingseinheit dauert 45 Minuten, einige Kurse 60 Minuten und beinhaltet Gymnastikübungen mit oder ohne Kleingeräte. Ziel ist es, dass im Rehabilitationssport die bereits bestehenden Schäden oder Symptome wie Bewegungseinschränkungen oder Schmerzen angegangen werden. Das Hauptziel des Rehabilitationssports ist die Schmerzlinderung bzw. Verbesserung der Beweglichkeit bzw. Beweglichkeit, um eine Verbesserung der Alltagskompetenz zu erreichen.

In order to optimize our procedures at Sielbad, there is an important change taking effect immediately: Documents (prescriptions, sports card top-ups, etc.) can no longer be submitted for us at the Sielbad reception desk.

For all bureaucratic matters, please use our direct route to our office:

This is the best way to reach us:

  • Mailbox: You can drop off documents and envelopes directly into our mailbox on Besselstraße at any time. Don't worry: our premises are alarmed and monitored by cameras, nothing will get lost!

  • Personal Appointments: If you have a personal matter, we ask that you make a brief request in advance so that we can arrange a fixed appointment.

  • Questions about Training: Your local instructors are, of course, still your first point of contact for everything regarding sports.

  • Office Contact: For all administrative questions, you can contact Agnes or Alex directly.

Together into the digital future!

Dear Manerusianer:innen,

we have exciting news to share! At Manere Sanus, we are taking the next big step towards digitalization and a paperless office by launching the testing phase for digital signatures in our app. You are all cordially invited to use the new system from now on by signing directly in the app after each training session, in addition to the classic paper list.

This dual approach is necessary for legal reasons during the transition, but it allows us to perfect the system together. Every click and every digital signature helps us to eliminate bugs and make the app even more intuitive for you. The system is meant to serve us all and simplify our daily routines rather than creating new bureaucracy, which is why your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. If you notice anything or have suggestions for improvement, please send us a ticket via the app.

We take every piece of feedback seriously and work hard every day to optimize the experience. Please be patient if things don't work perfectly right away; we are on an exciting journey together. Our main motivation remains your health, and while the app is a great tool, the focus will always stay on our common sports activities and your well-being.

You are not alone! Stronger together against the "Back Monsters"

Have you ever felt that sudden pinch in your lower back when getting up? Or a shoulder so tight it makes everyday tasks a struggle? In those moments, it’s easy to feel alone with your pain.

But today, we have a message for you: Look around! You are not alone.

At Manere Sanus, we are proud of our vibrant and incredibly positive community. We are a family where everyone carries their own little "burden" (or as we call it: their "Back Monster"). No one has to fight alone here.

Our "Top Diagnoses" at a glance: Our creative statistics show that spinal issues (discs and lower back pain) are the number one reason people join our rehab sports. We also see many cases of "Shoulder-Arm Syndrome", Adiposity (weight management), and Gonarthrosis (knee health).

Health is a Team Effort: True health is built on many pillars: movement, nutrition, and exercise, but also mental stress reduction and sufficient sleep. Our mission is to ensure that everyone feels a little better and healthier every time they leave our classes.

Experience an exclusive tour of the state parliament, join a personal discussion with Member of Parliament Christian Obrok, and enjoy the Düsseldorf Christmas market afterwards with a group mulled wine.
