Course Description: Rehab Gymnastics – BRISK GROUP

 

Your power workout for a strong back!

Tired of tension and poor posture? Then our "Brisk Group" is just right for you! In this intensive rehab course (Intensity: Medium to High), we will get your back, posture, and musculature into top shape.

When & Where:

  • Day: Tuesdays

  • Time: 5:00 PM (17:00)

  • Location: Volmerdingsen, Brötchenstr. 6

Rehabilitationssport in Bad Oeynhausen

Beim Rehabilitationssport bzw. Rehabilitationssport handelt es sich um 50 bzw. 120 Gymnastikkurse für Trocken- und/oder Wassergymnastik. Die Rehabilitationsmaßnahme wird unter professioneller Aufsicht angeboten. Sie trainieren in einer Gruppe von bis zu 15 Personen in einem Kursraum oder im Hallenbad. Die Trainingseinheit dauert 45 Minuten, einige Kurse 60 Minuten und beinhaltet Gymnastikübungen mit oder ohne Kleingeräte. Ziel ist es, dass im Rehabilitationssport die bereits bestehenden Schäden oder Symptome wie Bewegungseinschränkungen oder Schmerzen angegangen werden. Das Hauptziel des Rehabilitationssports ist die Schmerzlinderung bzw. Verbesserung der Beweglichkeit bzw. Beweglichkeit, um eine Verbesserung der Alltagskompetenz zu erreichen.

You are not alone! Stronger together against the "Back Monsters"

Have you ever felt that sudden pinch in your lower back when getting up? Or a shoulder so tight it makes everyday tasks a struggle? In those moments, it’s easy to feel alone with your pain.

But today, we have a message for you: Look around! You are not alone.

At Manere Sanus, we are proud of our vibrant and incredibly positive community. We are a family where everyone carries their own little "burden" (or as we call it: their "Back Monster"). No one has to fight alone here.

Our "Top Diagnoses" at a glance: Our creative statistics show that spinal issues (discs and lower back pain) are the number one reason people join our rehab sports. We also see many cases of "Shoulder-Arm Syndrome", Adiposity (weight management), and Gonarthrosis (knee health).

Health is a Team Effort: True health is built on many pillars: movement, nutrition, and exercise, but also mental stress reduction and sufficient sleep. Our mission is to ensure that everyone feels a little better and healthier every time they leave our classes.

Experience an exclusive tour of the state parliament, join a personal discussion with Member of Parliament Christian Obrok, and enjoy the Düsseldorf Christmas market afterwards with a group mulled wine.

Our "Klöntreff" is the perfect opportunity to talk about anything and everything, get to know each other better, and make new contacts after your workout. This meeting is for all groups. Even if you don't do sports at the Versöhnungskirche on Mondays but are in another group, we would be delighted if you joined us.
